TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items sold AS IS, no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. We make no claims of authenticity. The owner and AVONROY AUCTIONS try to list items as accurately as possible and are NOT responsible for errors in description or condition.
All goods are available for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to identity, authenticity, condition, year and mileage (where applicable) and shall not be permitted to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.
1. Payment in full must be received within 5 days by cash, credit card or certified cheque before goods are removed from our premises.
2. Goods not paid for may, at the discretion of the auctioneer be resold at any subsequent sale and any deficiency charged to the purchaser.
3. Goods left on the premises may, at the discretion of the auctioneer become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the sale.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in case of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
5. ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
VIEWING
In-person viewing is available at our physical location, please call Shannon 780-678-7010 to arrange a suitable time.
Each purchaser shall be considered to have satisfied himself as to identity, authenticity, condition, year and mileage (where applicable) and shall not be permitted to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever - that applies whether you take the time to view in person or not.

PAYMENTS
We only accept Canadian funds (CAD).
Acceptable payment methods: Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover. Credit card surcharge 5%. Pay in office when you pick up your items.
10% Buyer Premium applies to all sales to a max of $750.
SHIPPING
Some items cannot be shipped, some can. Generally if oversize and overweight we will not ship it. Read descriptions carefully to determine if your item has been listed with NO SHIPPING / PICKUP ONLY.

Pickup by appointment only NO EXCEPTIONS, starting 24 hrs after auction ends.
